Thoughts:
We were driving past this place amongst a full day of warehouse sale shopping, and the large sign caught our eye. I had seen this restaurant on TikTok, and I believe it had good reviews! The decor and vibe was very light and bright, just how we like it. The service was also very friendly and nice (especially when we got the free mango smoothie!) The food was flavourful, but the pho was a little weak compared to other famous spots in the city. We wanted to try their Bahn Mi Beef Dip special, but when it came out, we deduced that their consumme was just the pho broth, and the beef was just the same beef used for their pho as well – resourceful, and maybe we wouldn’t have noticed if we didn’t already get a pho, but this was a dud for the price. It was a bit unfortunate that the place seemed a bit empty when we went – I think they are sad their marketing efforts are not bringing in steady traffic. Overall, a nice place to stop by 🙂 Oh, and the tea was also the delicious barley tea that is Simon’s favourite!
