Thoughts:
We once won a grand prize with one of their street wheel spins of free brunch here, so we are already fans of this place. They definitely use really good ingredients for all their dishes, everything feels elevated in taste and quality. Their signature meals are their breakfast poutines with various types of toppings, with wedge potatoes and can be had with salad or 1/2 salad. They have an open kitchen and the place is light and airy. The only thing that is a bit crazy is the price for tea (or coffee) – $4.50? For a tea bag? It is a really popular place, so you know the food is good, often lineups after 11 am. Service is usually good too, and presentation of food is pretty nice as well. We’ve used this place in the past as inspo for our brunch wedding plating after our venue fumbled their first attempt to impress us. Overall a great spot, and not too far from us!
